Porter is seeking to enhance the online VIPorter Member user experience in order to use digital channels to deepen engagement and lift average member spend. We evaluated the current experience from a usability and accessibility POV using user-case scenarios.

Easy to useThe new homepage had very clear calls to action. The content had a clear language and a consistent visual vocabulary. The presentation returned the brand to its roots and was personalized and relevant.
